The pieces of the cars´ bodyworks from ARREGUI are the result of an advanced manufacturing process which is developed in our own facilities. Starting with the design by our technical department up to the die-cast, stamping, welding and cataphoresis painting section and finally, storing the pieces according to the most advanced logistic criteria.
     
 
 
Technical Department: We have invested in the most modern CAD-CAM technologies to ensure the latest developments in design: reverse engineering.
 
Die-cast: The quality of the die-cast manufacture is the secret of the pieces of cars' bodyworks: ready to be assembled.
     
 
 
Stamping: Advanced hydraulic and mechanic presses which carry out the stamping process.
 
Welding: Our last generation welding robots guarantee the quality of one of the most delicate manufacturing processes of bodyworks cars pieces.
     
 
 
Cataphoresis: All our new pieces undergo a final process of cataphoretic painting in a modern floor where you can find the latest innovations in this field.
 
Warehouse: Our warehouse allows us the necessary stock to send items to the right place by the required deadline.
